In the neighborhood of San Marco you will find bungalows to mansions. Many homes line the beautiful St. Johns River. San Marco homes were typically built in the 1950's so you will find a lot of red brick homes. San Marco Square is the hub of the neighborhood with many locally owned restaurants and boutiques. There is a new Publix grocery store. If you like original art this neighborhood hosts some nice art festivals.  

This is a great neighborhood for those that need quick access to the highway or downtown Jacksonville. It's just a minute or two away to downtown. Here you will find many people walking a dog, pushing a baby stroller or just taking in the views of the beautiful river.
