(Read more) 410 8th Street North Thanks for the interest in our rental. As a part of our pre-screening process, I have included a few FAQ's below. 1. No smoking on the premises. Animals are considered on a case by case basis. 2. A $75 application fee is due for each person named on the lease. The application process includes a full background and credit check. We do NOT refund this fee if your application is denied. Applications can be denied for reasons including but limited to a past eviction, low credit score, lack of employment, criminal record 3. First month's rent of $2300 plus deposit of $1500 plus any prorated rent for that month is due prior to moving in. 4. We do NOT accept checks or cash payments for monthly rent. All payments must be processed electronically. 5. A minimum 12 month lease is required 6. Residents are responsible for all utilities, management is responsible for basic pest control and basic lawn maintenance Do not hesitate to reach out with other questions.
