A FULL applicant file consists of the following: -ALL residents 18 and over must complete an application -Proof of identification must be uploaded via online account -Proof of income must be uploaded via online account and verified -Employment must be verified -Reference Checks must be completed -Pet Screening must be completed (ask agent for details) *Upon acceptance, the applicant will then be required to provide proof of renters insurance (bite insurance if you have a dog), prior to executing the lease and gaining possession. *A property shall not be removed or status will not be changed until a full lease has been executed and all upfront monies have been paid.
